1. Who we are
Claude Fundraiser (“Claude Fundraiser”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product operated by Keystone Paradigm LLC, the legal entity behind the website at claudefundraiser.com and the related web application. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
For all commercial, legal, and support matters, reach us at team@claudefundraiser.com or legal@claudefundraiser.com.
2. Relationship to Anthropic and the Claude trademark
Claude Fundraiser is an independent product. We use the Anthropic Claude API under Anthropic's commercial terms to power our deck scoring, investor-matching reasoning, and email drafting features.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Anthropic, PBC in any way. “Claude” and the Claude logo are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Our use of the word “Claude” in the name “Claude Fundraiser” is nominative and descriptive, it identifies the AI model we integrate with. No sponsorship or endorsement is implied.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. AI output disclaimer
Claude Fundraiser is a software tool, not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, solicitor, lawyer, or career coach. Our deck scores, investor matches, match reasons, email drafts, follow-up suggestions, and coaching answers are produced by large language models. They are probabilistic outputs, not professional advice and not guarantees.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- AI output may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or invented facts (“hallucinations”). You are solely responsible for reviewing every piece of output before sending it, forwarding it, or relying on it.
- Investor match scores are ranking heuristics, not predictions of investment outcomes. A high score does not mean an investor will reply, take a meeting, or fund you.
- We do not guarantee that any investor will respond, that any deck score will improve your odds of funding, or that any email we draft will be opened.
- Nothing on the service is legal, tax, financial, accounting, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before raising capital.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload any deck, document, or content that is not yours or that you don't have permission to upload.
- Use the service to send spam, harassment, threats, or unlawful solicitations to investors or anyone else.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or export the investor database in bulk. Investor contact details are licensed to you for your personal fundraising use only.
- Misrepresent facts about your company, traction, team, or fundraising round inside AI prompts in a way intended to deceive investors.
- Circumvent rate limits, credit counters, payment walls, or access controls.
- Use the service to build a competing product, train another AI model, or resell the output as a service.
6. Plans, credits, and payment
We offer one-time paid plans (Solo with Claude, Campaign with Claude, Claude Co-Pilot) and optional credit top-up packs. Prices are listed on the pricing page and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Each plan includes a fixed number of email-draft credits. One credit is consumed the first time you generate a Claude-drafted outreach email for a specific investor. Regenerating or editing the same draft is free. Credits do not expire while your account is active but are not transferable, refundable in cash, or redeemable for anything other than draft generation.
7. Refunds and the 7-day satisfaction window
We offer a 7-day satisfaction window measured from the date of purchase. Within those 7 days, you may request a refund by emailing team@claudefundraiser.com if you have not yet made meaningful use of the platform, as defined below. Refund requests received after the 7-day window has closed are not eligible.
For the purposes of this policy, “meaningful use” means any one or more of the following events have occurred on your account:
- generating, viewing, or downloading the score for more than one pitch deck;
- drafting, sending, or copying out of the platform more than five Claude-generated outreach emails;
- viewing, revealing, copying, or exporting investor contact information (partner names, email addresses, email patterns, phone numbers, or LinkedIn profiles) for more than five distinct investors;
- accessing or using the platform on three or more distinct calendar days during the 7-day window;
- any combination of the above that demonstrates substantive engagement with the platform's paid functionality.
Where any of the conditions above applies, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This is because the value the platform delivers is front-loaded: the investor database records, contact information, deck scoring artefacts, and Claude-generated email drafts are accessed and retained by you the moment you use them, and we incur per-request costs to our providers (Anthropic, data enrichment partners, payment processors) that we cannot recover after the usage has occurred.
We review every refund request in good faith and apply this policy consistently across all customers. We are not able to make exceptions for accounts that have made extensive use of the platform, regardless of stated reason.
Charged in error or duplicate charge: separately from the satisfaction-window policy above, if you believe you have been charged twice or in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing mistake.
8. Your content
You retain all rights to your pitch decks, company details, and any other content you upload or generate through the service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit, and display Your Content strictly as necessary to operate the service for you, for example, to pass your deck to Claude for scoring, to render it in your dashboard, and to back it up.
We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models. Anthropic does not train on API content under the default commercial terms we use. We may aggregate anonymised, non-identifying usage data (e.g. average scores, feature engagement) to improve the product.
9. Our content and the investor database
The investor database, match-scoring system, product design, code, and brand are owned by Claude Fundraiser or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own fundraising while your account is active. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
10. Third-party services
The service integrates with Anthropic (Claude API), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Resend (transactional email). Their terms and privacy policies apply to the parts of the service they power.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or that AI output will meet any particular standard of quality.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Fundraiser, its operators, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost funding, lost deals, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or damages arising from reliance on AI output.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Claude Fundraiser and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (i) your use of the service, (ii) Your Content, (iii) your outreach to investors using the service, or (iv) your breach of these Terms.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a way that harms us, investors, or other users. Plans and credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
15. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Claude Fundraiser is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in that same jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
